Who is it for ?
The Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care training programme is designed for any health or social care worker who wishes to improve their knowledge and understanding of end of life care and palliative care. It also has relevance to other care settings including; hospices, care homes, care in the community and primary care.
This distance learning end of life care training course is also appropriate for those who have already achieved other sector-specific qualifications in the health care sector, such as the RQF (QCF) diplomas, and need to apply their understanding in a palliative care context.

- Unit 05: Care during the final hours of life and bereavement care (Module C) (Credit value: 3) (A/601/9580)
Each unit contains activities and assessments designed to cover the specific learning outcomes, so to ensure successful completion and the award of the nationally accredited Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care training course – RQF (QCF) Level 3.
