Course Description
Our Care Certificate Mandatory Induction package is a flexible training course that has been specifically designed by Guardian Angels Training to fulfil the Common Induction Standards, National Minimum Training Standards for Care Workers and the NEW Cavendish Care Certificate in the most cost effective and practical way possible.
Our Care Induction training course covers 15 mandatory subjects care subjects. This ensures care staff complete their mandatory induction training in the most efficient way without repetition and additional cost.
Our Cavendish Care Certificate training programme is also mapped to RQF (QCF) units allowing training to be accredited towards the Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care RQF (QCF) or the Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care RQF (QCF).

Upon completion of the mandatory training "Care Certificate" delegates will have the acquired knowledge and understanding relevant to be awarded with the Care Certificate and will only have work based elements to complete.
Accreditation Available
Additional accreditation is available via Guardian Angels Training who can offer the Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care RQF (QCF).
