Level 4 Award in Managing Aggressive and Challenging Behaviour in the Workplace (RQF (QCF))This professional training programme supports delegates to develop the essential knowledge and skills around supporting individuals who present behavioural challenges. Areas covered include: identifying potentially escalating behaviour, strategies which can reduce the use of physical interventions, making evidence-based decisions, and post crisis approaches.

Level 4 Award in Understanding the Risks of Aggression and Violence during Clinical Procedures and Treatment (RQF (QCF))This Level 4 award gives workers in the general acute health care sectors the skills and knowledge to enhance their clinical decision making and clinical skills relating to vulnerable individuals who lack capacity and cannot or will not comply with the essential care and treatment they need.

Level 4 Award in Managing Risk Behaviour Whilst Supporting Individuals with Age-Related Cognitive Decline (RQF (QCF))Delegates undertaking this part of the programme are equipped to develop essential knowledge and skills around supporting individuals who present behavioural challenges arising from Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias.

Level 4 Award in the Instruction of Managing the Risk of Aggressive and Challenging Behaviour in the Workplace (RQF (QCF))This professional training programme provides a nationally recognised qualification for candidates delivering workplace training on managing aggressive and challenging behaviour in the workplace. Additional units covering instruction in the use and implementation of physical interventions in the management of risk behaviours in the workplace may also be included with the programme.
