A new full day training course that brings together an understanding and application of; the Human Rights Act, the Equality Act and Respect, Privacy and Dignity in care guidance.
This six hour interactive training workshop will consider the definitions of both personality and attachment disorders. Throughout the productive course delegates will be provided with the opportunity to explore caring and supportive strategies for working together to help individuals diagnosed with personality and attachment disorders.
The facilitator will use quizzes, video presentations, interactive exercises and group reflections to provide those in attendance with up to date information and theoretical approaches. Delegates will be supported to develop a mutual concept of encouraging the rights, safety and responsibilities of those they support.

The Control of Infection training course is designed to raise awareness of infection control legislation and policies. During this infection control training course learners will look at the methods of cleaning and waste disposal that help prevent the spread of infection, along with the personal protective equipment they should use for their own safety, thus ensuring the prevention and control of infections.
This course is suited to those who are involved in the planning and provision of meals for those in care settings. It provides a solid insight into the basics of good nutrition as well as providing practical guidance for how to put these into practice within a care setting.
