Dementia Care Train The Trainer Course
Guardian Angels Training is proud to offer an affordable, accessible and highly effective Dementia Train the Trainer instructor’s course. Taking the teachings of our standard introductory course several steps further, successful delegates will leave with the ability and the certification requited to deliver their own in-house training courses on the subject of dementia care and awareness.
Industry approved and fully accredited, our courses in dementia care cover both the subject matter itself and the essentials involved with delivering effective and efficient training sessions. Delegates will then go on to chair their own training sessions on a variety of subjects including communication, medication, centred care and general dementia awareness.

Successful completion of our Dementia Train the Trainer course will open up the possibility of delivering accredited qualification training sessions, including:
- Level 2 Award in Dementia Awareness (RQF (QCF))
- Level 2 Certificate in Dementia Care (RQF (QCF))
Assessment and Award – Dementia Train the Trainer
Each of our trainers delivers the highest-quality teachings on the back of unrivalled industry experience and an extraordinary level of education. Dementia Train the Trainer delegates will be instilled with so much more than just the theory of delivering a quality training session – extensive practical elements help bring the course’s content to life for delegates to put into practice.
Ofqual and SQA certificates will be presented to successful delegates at the end of the course, including:
- Level 4 Dementia Train the Trainer Instruction
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training – PTLLS Equivalent (Optional)

All of our dementia UK training courses are highly flexible and have been designed to be delivered in-house for groups of four to 12 delegates at a time.
