Course Outline

All health and social care staff should receive training in human rights, the implications for their service and how they impact on the needs of those in their care. A rights based approach must be embedded in everyday service delivery and rights based language must be an every day, every situation occurrence.

A new full day training course that brings together an understanding and application of; the Human Rights Act, the Equality Act and Respect, Privacy and Dignity in care guidance.

Using case studies and video clips, delegates will explore how to promote the FREDA values in their practice.
