Committing to 12 days of training which provides capacity for up to 24 half day sessions* for up to 360 individuals, care managers are able to plan their immediate and medium term training needs in 1 easy phone call. Our Training Manager Service offers a no hassle approach to organising care training needs, providing flexibility over the health and social care courses that are required and the dates on which they can take place. Our health and social care courses are categorized in to 3 easy to follow menus based on the MUST HAVE minimum mandatory requirements for all care staff actively employed or looking to be employed. SHOULD HAVE courses our recommended section for those needing more condition specific health and social care training, enhanced courses or building on core care skills. LOVE TO HAVE courses which are typically externally accredited health and social care courses that provide formal qualifications or certification or our full range of clinical skills and clinical care courses such as Catheterisation, Ear Irrigation, Venepuncture etc. The banding of our health and social care courses is then reflected in the daily rate for each category, allowing for total flexibility to build your own "basket of days" required and ensures the best and most cost effective health and social care training packages available.

SHOULD HAVE - from £650 per day* Minimum 1 day booking providing 2 sessions (AM and PM) providing access for up to 30 places (2 x group of 15) per day. *At £325 per session this means fantastic value from just £21.66 per person per course.
LOVE TO HAVE - from £750 per day* Minimum 1 day booking providing 2 sessions (AM and PM) providing access for up to 30 places (2 x group of 15) per day. *At £375 per session this means fantastic value from just £25.00 per person per course.
Sessions vary dependent upon course and accreditation.
The beauty of this service is that the choice of health and social care courses is entirely up to you, the venue is up to you and the period required to deliver the courses is up to you. Guardian Angels Training can train on 12 consecutive days or as little as 1 day per month for 12 months.
