you use our website, request a quotation, order a services or attend one of our events.
What data do we collect?

You directly provide all the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:

  • Attend one of our events
  • Complete our Zoho registration form
  • Email us
  • Enquire about our services
  • Place an order for our services
  • Use or view our website
  • Voluntarily complete any form on our website

 

How will we use your data?

We collect your data so that we can:

  • Process your enquiry, order, manage your account
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide evidence of attendance at one of our events
  • Assist with our legal responsibilities

If you have attended an event via an “employer organisation” or “course organiser”, then your data
may be shared with them.

How do we store your data?

We securely store your data electronically utilising Google for Business software. Here is an
overview of Googles’ Privacy and Data Protection compliance:

within our Google for Business Software and then the originals are securely destroyed.
We will keep your data for a period of no more than 7 years. Once this time period has expired, we
will delete your data.

Will we use your data for marketing purposes?

We would like to send you information about our products and services that we think you might like.
You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no
longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes then please contact us.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights.
The right to access, you have the right to request copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification, you have the right to request that we correct any information you believe
is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete information you believe is
incomplete.

The right to erasure, you have the right to request that we erase your personal data under certain
conditions.

The right to restrict processing, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your
personal data under certain conditions
The right to object to processing, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal
data under certain conditions

The right to data portability, you have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have
collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain condition.
