Description

Our Food Hygiene Training Pack includes everything that you require to deliver a course that is equivalent to the Level 2 Award in Food Safety RQF/QCF. Topics include; personal protection, food purchase, the main food poisoning bacteria, in-transit protection of food, safe storage of food, kitchen cleaning, cooking safely, etc.
